Meet the Partners Behind Concrete Jungle - Concrete Jungle is driven by a network of innovative organisations across Europe, united by the mission to reimagine outdoor education in urban spaces. Together, they bring expertise in youth work, non-formal education, outdoor pedagogy, sustainability, and social innovation. By blending diverse perspectives and experiences, the partners are transforming cities and green spaces into classrooms, playgrounds, and spaces for connection and growth. This collaboration is creating fresh tools and methods that empower young people and communities to see the “concrete jungle” not as a barrier, but as a place full of opportunities for learning, resilience, and creativity.

Hoch Drei e.V. (Germany) Main Coordinator

Hoch Drei e.V. is a non-profit educational organisation based in Potsdam, Germany, with over 25 years of experience in non-formal civic education. Their mission is to promote political awareness, active citizenship, diversity, and social responsibility among young people and youth work professionals. Hoch Drei regularly hosts seminars, international youth exchanges, and professional trainings that focus on participation, gender democracy, and inclusive education. The organisation operates from two dedicated educational buildings on the banks of the river Havel, offering space for learning, exchange, and reflection in a unique environment. With a strong international network and a dedicated team, Hoch Drei is known for creating meaningful intercultural learning experiences that empower participants to engage critically with society. As the main coordinator of Surviving in the Concrete Jungle, Hoch Drei brings its deep expertise in youth engagement and educational innovation to lead and guide the project from start to finish.

ABCD Innovation Center (Armenia)

ABCD Innovation Center is a non-profit organisation focused on empowering young people and communities by building on their existing strengths and capacities. With extensive experience in sustainable development, rural-urban integration, and youth employment, ABCD runs innovative projects including a rural tourism social enterprise supporting local artisans and youth. A seasoned Erasmus+ partner, ABCD brings strong expertise in community development and environmental awareness to the Surviving in the Concrete Jungle project.

WIN (Women’s Initiatives Network) (Georgia)

WIN is a youth-led non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing human rights, gender equality, and reproductive health for young women and girls. Using non-formal education and experiential learning, WIN raises awareness on gender-based violence, women’s rights, and LGBTIQ+ issues across Georgia, with a strong focus on marginalised groups. As an active Erasmus+ partner, WIN brings vital experience in social inclusion, youth empowerment, and innovative digital tools, including Georgia’s first online sex education platform.

Świat Rozpędu (Poland)

Founded in 2022 in Lublin, Poland, Świat Rozpędu is a dynamic youth-focused foundation dedicated to empowering young people to thrive in an ever-changing world. By combining formal and non-formal education, the foundation creates innovative opportunities for young people to develop life skills, strengthen leadership and employability, and build meaningful connections within their communities.

Świat Rozpędu is committed to reducing social isolation through community action, enhancing digital and media literacy, and using storytelling as a tool to explore complex issues, inspire dialogue, and amplify youth voices. The foundation also promotes cultural and heritage awareness, encouraging young people to understand their roots while embracing diversity and global perspectives.

With strong international partnerships and a growing track record of impactful projects, Świat Rozpędu is recognized for its expertise in youth empowerment, storytelling, and innovative educational methodologies. From local initiatives in Lublin to collaborations across Europe, the foundation helps young people dream boldly, act locally, and connect globally.

Sustainable Vibes APS (Italy)

Sustainable Vibes APS is a non-profit organization based in Feltre, Italy, actively engaged in environmental education, sustainability, and youth empowerment. Founded by a group of young people passionate about climate action and renewable energy, the organization promotes learning through non-formal education methods, creating inclusive spaces where young people can develop practical skills, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

Sustainable Vibes’ mission is to equip young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with the tools they need to become active, informed citizens capable of driving meaningful change both locally and globally. The organization stands out for its ability to combine creativity, participation, and sustainability, organizing workshops, international youth exchanges, awareness campaigns, and local community initiatives.
